  We had a wonderful stay at the picturesque Bon Accord B&B. The accommodations were lovely, clean and like a home away from home with rustic charm. This hidden gem is tucked away on a beautiful homestead and grounds a short walk away from a few local take away shops. Tim is the perfect host, going above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this unique place for an overnight visit or an extended stay and we would definitely like to visit them again soon!

  We had a great 2 night stay at this lovely place. The room was beautiful, complimentary wine, neat, tidy, very cosy for two adults and our two dogs. Would definitely stay again in the future.

  Bon accord bread and breakfast place was excellent. It was a very nice beautiful place to stay with family and friends. We booked 5 bedroom house and it was lovely, clean and well equiped with quality appliances. Tim was amazing and very helpful and friendly. We will definitely go back to this place again. We will highly recommend Tim’s place.

  An absolutely gorgeous property in a stunning setting.
  The amenities were superb and the attention to detail by the amazing host, Tim, was second to none - right down to the choice of milk in the fridge.
  Will definitely be back and Bon Accord is our ‘go to’ B&B in Sale when we next visit family.

  This place is sensational, old school with a modern twist. Tim (owner) has painstakingly transformed the stables, school, and the old milk separation room into a traditional modern accommodation using historical methods (including blackening the steel for a barn door). He is currently building more accommodation and a shared 'living' multi-purpose room which is coming along. There is also a 5 bedroom home on the average that is available also.
  
  All in all very comfortable, very clean, amazing host, can tell the quality of the finishes (hand made), modern kitchenet, 2 x new TV's of decent size, Tim is great and very accommodating, and they have there own resident friendly black lab, and chickens.
  
  See pictures of the place and the stables (where I stayed). I was here for business, but could definitely be just as suited for leisure. Definitely recommend.
  
  I would say being traditional authentic stables (brick on ground) in the winter the flooring can get cold, however the multiple reverse cycle aircons keep the rooms comfortably warm on the 0 degC nights I stayed there, but I did wear socks around just to keep the feet warm. A very authentic and great place to stay.
